This Privacy Policy describes how Sir Squared LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as LOOKUPHOUND ("LOOKUPHOUND," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the website located at lookuphound.com (the "Website") and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy, including the collection, use and sharing of your information as described herein. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, or by any other website, app or third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the Website.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to three categories of individuals:

• Visitors: Individuals who browse the Website or perform free lookups without creating an account.
• Subscribers: Individuals who create an account and purchase a subscription to access Premium lookup features.
• Individuals: Members of the public whose information may appear in lookup results. If you are an Individual and wish to have your information removed, please see Section 8 below.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (managed by our third-party authentication provider).
• Payment Information: When you subscribe, payment details (such as credit card number, billing address) are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• Search Queries: The phone numbers you submit when performing lookups.
• Communications: Any information you provide when contacting our support team.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect:

• Device and Browser Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
• Usage Data: Pages viewed, time spent on the Website, referring URL, and clickstream data.
• Approximate Location: General geographic location inferred from your IP address (city/region level only).

2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies

This information is not collected from you; it is aggregated from external sources and presented through the Services. We do not independently verify this data. For more information on its accuracy, see Section 6 of our Terms of Service. Information that you provide directly to LOOKUPHOUND is not a part of the Services available to users through lookuphound.com.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the Personal Information we collect for the following purposes:

• Providing the Services: Personal Information may be used to process your search queries, return results, and manage your account and subscription.
• Billing and Payments: Personal Information may be used to process subscription charges, manage trial and subscription periods, and handle cancellations through our payment processor.
• Communications: Personal Information may be used to send emails related to your account (welcome, billing, subscription changes, password resets). You will be deemed to have opted-in to receive such emails.
• Security and Fraud Prevention: Personal information may be used to detect and prevent unauthorized access, abuse, and fraudulent activity. LOOKUPHOUND may share IP addresses used to access lookuphound.com with designated third parties for the sole purpose of preventing and detecting fraud. LOOKUPHOUND may also use services and technologies provided by other companies to assist LOOKUPHOUND in understanding how you use lookuphound.com. As a result, information about how you use lookuphound.com may be available to these other companies to the extent that their technology collects such information.
• Improving the Services: We may analyze usage patterns to improve Website performance and user experience.
• Legal Compliance: Personal Information may be used to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
• Advertising: Personal Information may be used to serve targeted advertising using ad networks such as Google Ads or Facebook. These companies may utilize cookies, pixels, or other technologies to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you. We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. The Website may incorporate Google Analytics Advertising Features, including remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, and Google Analytics Demographic and Interest Reporting. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website and the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") on the DAA's website.

4. Third Party Websites/Applications

We do not control third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. Please note that when you click to a third-party website or use third-party services, their own terms of use and privacy policies will govern your use of their website or services. If you have any questions about such policies, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information which you provide to us. We may share your information with the following categories of third parties, solely as necessary to operate the Services:

• Payment Processor: Your payment information is shared with our third-party payment processor to facilitate subscription billing and manage your payment method.
• Authentication Provider: Your email address and authentication data are managed by our third-party authentication provider to enable secure account access.
• Data Providers: The phone numbers you search are transmitted to third-party data providers in order to return complete lookup results. No other Personal Information about you is shared with these providers.
• Email Service: Your email address is shared with our email service to deliver account-related notifications.
• Law Enforcement and Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for up to three (3) years thereafter for legal, business, and audit purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Search queries and returned results are retained for up to twelve (12) months for operational, abuse-prevention, and response-time purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

If you request membership deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law. Please email support@lookuphound.com to request membership deletion.

6. Data Security

We, or through third-party service providers, have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

7. Your Privacy Rights

7.1 All Users

Regardless of where you reside, you may:

• Access your account information at any time by logging into your account
• Update your email address or payment information through your account settings
• Request deletion of your membership by contacting us at support@lookuphound.com
• Cancel your subscription at any time through the account management portal
• Opt-out of our public information-based directory (see Section 8)

7.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with the following additional rights:

• Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.
• Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell Personal Information that you provide to us as a subscriber or visitor (such as your email address, payment information, or account data). The lookup data that LOOKUPHOUND makes available through search results constitutes publicly available information under the CCPA, which is generally excluded from the definition of personal information subject to the CCPA's sale restrictions. However, LOOKUPHOUND accommodates: (i) requests to remove your information from public lookup results (see Section 8); and (ii) requests to know what publicly available information about you may appear in results. Additionally, under the CPRA, you have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To the extent we share data through advertising cookies or pixels for this purpose, you may opt out through your browser settings, the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal (which we honor), or by contacting us at support@lookuphound.com.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

As permitted by law and CCPA regulatory guidance, LOOKUPHOUND may need to share certain limited Personal Information about Your activity, for example through cookies (see above), with third parties in certain instances. You can control these cookies through browser settings, but this limited sharing does not constitute a sale of Personal Information.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal. If your browser or device transmits a GPC signal when you visit the Website, we will treat that signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, consistent with California law.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@lookuphound.com. We will verify your identity before processing your request by matching the information you provide against our records. We will respond within 45 days, as required by law.

7.3 Notice Regarding Lookup Data

The data that appears in lookup results is sourced from publicly available records and third-party data providers. Under California law, publicly available information is generally not considered "personal information" subject to the CCPA. However, if you are an Individual whose information appears in our lookup results and you wish to request removal, you may opt-out here.

8. Opt-Out and Data Removal Requests

If your information appears in LOOKUPHOUND lookup results and you would like it removed, you have two options: (1) Self-Service Opt-Out: You may submit a removal request directly through our self-service opt-out page at lookuphound.com/opt-out; or (2) California Delete Act (DROP Platform): If you are a California resident, you may also submit a deletion request through the California Privacy Protection Agency's Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform (DROP) at privacy.ca.gov. Consistent with the California Delete Act (SB 362), Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.99.80 et seq., LOOKUPHOUND processes DROP deletion requests on a rolling basis and, beginning August 1, 2026, will process all pending DROP requests within forty-five (45) days of each cycle. The self-service opt-out process is as follows:

• Enter the phone number you want removed, your first and last name to verify your identity, and your email address for the confirmation link
• You will receive a verification email — click the link to confirm your request
• Upon confirmation, the phone number will be removed from LOOKUPHOUND search results

Most removals take effect immediately upon email confirmation. In all cases, removal requests will be processed within thirty (30) days.

You may also submit removal requests by emailing support@lookuphound.com with the phone number you want removed and your full name.

9. Children's Privacy

The Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information through the Website, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Website, or on any of its features, do not click any links, or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at: support@lookuphound.com.

10. Third-Party Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

11. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals. However, we do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal as described in Section 7.2 above.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes — including changes to the categories of personal information we collect, how we use it, or with whom we share it — we will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice by email (to the address associated with your account) or by prominent notice on the Website before the change takes effect. For non-material changes, updates are effective immediately when posted. The date this Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Website after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
